Mold Design Studio Transforms 4,500 sq ft Delhi Apartment into Brickloom, an Urban Home in the Sky
Mold Design Studio, based in Delhi, has transformed a 4,500 sq ft apartment named Brickloom within a high-rise building. This residence showcases a central area with double-height ceilings that facilitates both circulation and living spaces while maintaining its industrial essence through exposed brick, metal features, and minimalist finishes. Teak, brass fixtures, and hand-blocked textiles introduce warmth. The furnishings blend soft bouclé with handcrafted wood and cane. Accents in olive green, rust orange, and cobalt blue enhance various areas. A floating staircase made of timber and steel links the kitchen and dining space to the private quarters. The roof terrace boasts ochre-washed walls, cobalt-blue louvred shutters, cobbled flooring, and a swimming pool, perfect for year-round gatherings.
