Miss Van Unveils Monumental Muse Mural for Næstved Kunstby 2026 in Denmark
French street artist Miss Van, whose real name is Vanessa Alice, has unveiled a mural in Næstved, Denmark, as part of Næstved Kunstby 2026. The artwork showcases a lone female figure surrounded by large pink blossoms and grey-green leaves, her black and silvery-white hair obscuring much of her face, complemented by deep red lips and a single visible eye. Since starting her painting journey in Toulouse in 1993, Miss Van has refined her style over thirty years, now describing her return to street art as darker and more romantic. The mural merges portraiture with a dreamlike quality, where the hair serves as a mask. Since 2010, Næstved Kunstby has welcomed international artists to revitalize urban spaces.
