Mindy Seu's 'A Sexual History of the Internet' Debuts at Dover Street Market Paris

At Dover Street Market Paris during Paris Fashion Week, Mindy Seu unveiled 'A Sexual History of the Internet' (2025) in partnership with Our Legacy. This project, which combines a lecture-performance with an artist's book, unfolds in a red-lit setting where audience members take turns reading selected excerpts, generating a collective voice. Building on the concepts from Seu's 'Cyberfeminism Index' (2023), it delves into the connections between sexuality and network infrastructures. The work includes a 700-page volume featuring contributions from forty-five writers, artists, and researchers, viewing citation as a social and economic interaction. By collaborating with Our Legacy, the project places itself in the fashion realm, examining the flow of knowledge and reinterpreting the internet as an archive influenced by human relationships and systems of power.
