Milestone Auctions to Feature Military Artifacts Including Mussolini's Marshal Hat in April Sale

Milestone Auctions will hold a Premier Military & Edged Weapons auction on April 18, featuring 723 lots of historical military items. The sale includes uniforms, helmets, medals, flags, insignia, photographs, and numerous World War II Axis artifacts such as German and Japanese binoculars and a Japanese aviation camera. Among the edged weapons are swords, knives, katanas, daggers, and a 1700s executioner's sword from Nuremberg's Torture Chamber Collection. A notable highlight is a hat belonging to Benito Mussolini, who held the honorary title Marshal of the Empire. The auction coincides with the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States, celebrating military history from the American Revolution to modern times.
