Miguel Sainz Ojeda Debuts First Institutional Show 'Estación infinita' in Jaén
The Centro Cultural Baños Árabes de Jaén — Sala Arquitecto Luis Berges will host Miguel Sainz Ojeda's inaugural institutional exhibition, titled «Estación infinita», from 24 September to 2 November 2026. This exhibition showcases 12 pieces crafted in 2026, which delve into the themes of nature's cycles and the human experience. Sainz Ojeda, who creates without preliminary sketches, describes his approach as a «state of intuitive blindness», leading to the formation of anthropomorphic figures. His artistry draws connections to cave paintings and calligraphic traditions, prioritizing gesture over meticulous planning. Since 2024, Belén Herrera Ottino, director of Opera Gallery Madrid, has represented him. Sainz Ojeda, born in Madrid in 1993, completed his fine arts degree in 2017 and has exhibited across Europe and the U.S.
