Marjan Hessamfar and Joe Vérons Architects Urbanistes: Award-Winning French Firm

Founded in 2004 by Marjan Hessamfar and Joe Vérons, the architecture firm Marjan Hessamfar and Joe Vérons architectes urbanistes operates from offices in Bordeaux, Paris, and Toulouse with a team of over twenty architects and engineers. The firm has developed expertise across a wide range of national projects including education, housing, commerce, culture, sports, urban development, and numerous mixed-use schemes. In 2008, they won the First Work Prize for the Jean-Jaurès nursery in Cenon, Gironde. They received two Regional Wood Construction Awards: in 2016 for the Mont-de-Marsan Vocational Training Center and in 2018 for the COBAS Technical and Environmental Center in La Teste-de-Buch. In 2017, the French Academy of Architecture awarded them the Housing Medal for their approach and trajectory in the housing field.
