Margem Arquitetos Renovates João Moura Apartment in Pinheiros

The renovation of the João Moura apartment, designed by Margem Arquitetos, is organized around the search for a living space capable of operating at different scales of occupation: both the scale of encounter and the collective, and that of individual daily life. The project, led by architect Paulo Petrucci, covers an area of 120 square meters and was completed in 2025. Photographs of the interior were taken by Leila Viegas.
