Marc Leder's Sagaponack Estate Transformed with Sculpture Garden and Perennial Meadows
Marc Leder, co-CEO of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., initiated a multi-year overhaul of his 3.287-acre property in Sagaponack to create a "comfortable" retreat for year-round enjoyment. Interior designer Kara Council selected furnishings such as Adam Court's Repose Sofa and a bespoke rug from Stark Rugs. The dining area boasts a Giopato & Coombes chandelier suspended over a Rick Owens alabaster table. Landscape transformations were executed by LaGuardia Design Group, under the direction of Sama Azadi, with input from horticulturist Patrick Cullina, featuring playful floral arrangements. GRADE's architectural work includes a pool house, outdoor kitchen, sauna, and tennis court. A sculpture garden curated by Lisa Austin presents pieces from Sanford Biggers, Jaume Plensa, Sarah Lucas, and Ursula Von Rydingsvard, inviting exploration.
