Mana arquitetura renovates 1940s São Paulo house Casa Limonero

Mana arquitetura has completed Casa Limonero, a 214 m² residential renovation in São Paulo's Jardim Luzitânia neighborhood. The project, led by architect Ana Carolina de Siqueira with coordination by Clarissa Corrêa and team member Julia Akemi, preserved the original spirit of a 1940s house while adapting it for a family with twin children and their dog Amora. Key interventions included removing a structural wall to connect the living room, staircase, and kitchen, enhancing fluidity and natural light. The interior design was handled by Marcenaria Gloriosa, landscaping by Camila Guzo, and civil engineering by JPB engenharia. Materials and fixtures were sourced from Deca, Konkre, Paulo Alves, and Tramontina. Photography by Carolina Lacaz. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira and completed in 2025.
