Maison Kyka Opens Paris Hôtel Particulier as Immersive Renovation Installation for Paris Design Week
For five days only, a private townhouse near the Odéon in Paris opens to the public as L'Hôtel des possibles, an immersive installation by Maison Kyka staged inside an unfinished renovation. Running from 10 to 14 September 2026, daily from 10 h to 17 h, the free project coincides with Paris Design Week and turns an active building site into a walkable scenography. Visitors move upward through the floors of the house at 65, rue Monsieur-le-Prince in the 6th arrondissement, tracking the metamorphosis of the interiors: raw volumes on the lower levels give way to spaces progressively inhabited by materials, light and furniture. The format offers rare access to the backstage of a renovation before its final decor is complete. Founded by Pierre Jasnin, Maison Kyka uses the address to demonstrate its craft at full scale and invites the public to imagine what these rooms, still suspended between two lives, might become. Entry is free and limited to five days, with access via Odéon metro station.
