Madrid to Host SIM 2026: A Week on Industrialized Construction

From October 13 to 16, 2026, Madrid will be the venue for the Semana de la Industrialización de Madrid (SIM 2026), with a technical session scheduled for October 20. This event, organized by COAATM and the Digital Construction Hub, is set to be Spain's premier platform for discussions on industrialized construction. The agenda is structured around four key themes: Pensar, Fabricar, Investigar, and Aplicar, along with technical training. The first day features speakers such as Darren Richards and Luis Basagoiti, concluding with a tour of 'Infinito Delicias'. Day two will include a factory visit and discussions on BIM Project + Lean Construction. On day three, Rubén Picado will reflect on Rafael Leoz's contributions, followed by networking opportunities.
