MAC Chile celebrates 50 years of its photography archive with double exhibition featuring over 170 works

The Museo de Arte Contemporáneo (MAC) at the University of Chile is marking the 50th anniversary of its photography archive with a new exhibition, "Colección MAC: Modulaciones de la Imagen fotográfica." This event runs from July 11 to October 11 at MAC Parque Forestal and from July 18 to September 27 at MAC Quinta Normal. Featuring 175 pieces from 80 artists, the show is curated by Daniel Cruz and Paulina González. It highlights Chile’s inaugural public photography collection established in 1976 by Bob Borowicz. The exhibition also includes free educational activities supported by the National Fund for Cultural Development and the Arts.
