architecture-design · 2026-05-15

MA+Co and Neometro have completed 9 Wilson Ave, a mixed-use residential building in Brunswick, Melbourne, transforming a former industrial street into a pedestrian-friendly boulevard. The project, curated by Miwa Negoro, includes 71 dwellings of various typologies: 12 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments, 13 lofts, four retail spaces, and four offices. All units have dual orientation toward the courtyard and surrounding streets, enhancing comfort, passive surveillance, and connection to the environment.
