Lyra Pramuk on Voice, Communion, and Hymnal (Resung)

Berlin-based artist Lyra Pramuk discusses her project Hymnal (Resung), a series of reinterpretations of her album Hymnal, which she frames as 'polyphonic transmissions' rather than remixes. The work explores themes of spirituality, community, and the human voice as both instrument and medium. Pramuk emphasizes collaboration with artists from diverse musical and cultural backgrounds, including Dumama and Laurel Halo, to create a collective dialogue.
