architecture-design · 2026-09-13

So, there's this new educational space called Escuela Bota, designed by Lukas Raeber Architects, and it's a cozy 10 m² in size. It's expected to be finished by 2025 and will take the place of a central area between two main school buildings and some smaller ones at the Bogenacker and Tannenbühl sites in Dürnten, Switzerland. Hadir Al Koshta put together the project presentation, and photos were snapped by Willem Pab. The design crew featured talent like Julien Blanc and Lale Lommatzsch, among others. Bryum Landschaftsarchitektur handled the landscaping, while Baufeld took care of construction. A. Keller + Krattiger Engineering worked on the structural aspects, and timber work was done by Toneatti and Egli Zimmerei. The project is for the Real Estate Department of Dürnten's Municipality and is categorized as a school.
