Luar Designer Raul Lopez Creates Wedding Looks for Bronx Couple Juice Rodriguez and Cristal Veras

Juice Rodriguez, owner of creative agency Colorway, and Cristal Veras, a non-profit founder, married on May 26, 2026, at the Bronx courthouse with an intimate celebration at the Andrew Friedman Home. The couple, who grew up in the same Bronx neighborhood, connected via DM in 2022 and got engaged on June 10, 2025. Their wedding looks were designed by Raul Lopez of Luar, a friend of Rodriguez for over 20 years. Cristal's ensemble featured a head scarf-inspired veil, a long silk dress with corset and one-shoulder detailing, and a feathered purse from Lopez's last collection. Juice wore an all-black formal look with a never-worn suit originally designed for Solange, accessorized with a brooch Lopez created from a garbage bag, later replaced with a black-and-white feathered crystal piece. Lopez also made a white feather brooch for Cristal's gown and an original monogram for the couple, used on invitations and decorations. The couple FaceTimed Lopez during photos, as he was unable to attend due to work travel.
