Little Thunder's 'Reality Dropout' Series Explores Digital Disconnection

Little Thunder, an artist based in Hong Kong, has unveiled a collection named 'Reality Dropout,' which explores the emotional divide between real-life existence and digital identities. This series showcases intimate portraits infused with subtle surrealism, portraying young women navigating the tension between self-representation and the quest for authenticity. Little Thunder characterizes these subjects as both delicate and strong, quietly searching for environments where reality feels genuine and gentle. This work serves as a reflective look at her past creations before she ventures into new artistic paths. The series gained attention during the 2025 Photo Awards, which honored five winners, twenty shortlisted photographers, and two hundred images. Furthermore, 'Tomorrow’s Talent 5 Book' features contributions from over 60 artists across 276 pages.
