Lighthouse Residence by Architecture Discipline in New Delhi

Architecture Discipline has finalized the Lighthouse residence in New Delhi, India, a groundbreaking project that transforms urban living by emphasizing natural elements like light and air. Spanning 18,000 square feet, the design was spearheaded by principal architect Akshat Bhatt, with contributions from Chandni Saxena, Janhavi Singh, and Nipun Garg, and curated by Miwa Negoro. Structural engineering was executed by Isha Consultants, while RSM Consultants managed prefabricated structures. Electrical and lighting design came from Lirio Lopez Electrical + Lighting Design Consultants, and landscape architecture was directed by Ashwini Kansara. HVAC consulting was provided by Narinder Singh, plumbing by Deepak Khosla Associates, and PMC consulting by Wills Thomas & Jasim Alam. The facade and mass timber roof were crafted by Artius. Completed in 2025, the project was photographed by Jeetin Sharma, with suppliers including Ahuja Furnishers, Daikin, and others. The design philosophy redefines luxury, highlighting the essential roles of light and air in shaping the spatial experience.
