Light Space & Time Announces 16th Annual Cityscapes Online Art Competition Winners

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery has revealed the outcomes of its 16th Annual "Cityscapes" Online Art Competition, set for September 2026. This year, the exhibition attracted 377 submissions from artists hailing from 16 countries, 22 U.S. states, and the District of Columbia. Participants were encouraged to present either representational or abstract interpretations of cityscapes in both 2D and 3D forms. The competition is categorized into two primary media: Painting & Other Media and Photography & Digital. Due to fewer entries in the 3D category, those works were merged with Painting & Other Media. An overall Winning Artists category showcases the twelve top submissions across all media. The gallery also recognized exceptional artworks with Special Merit and Special Recognition awards. All winning pieces will be displayed on the Light Space & Time website's homepage for three months and archived online for five years, complete with links to the artists' sites. The gallery extends its congratulations to all participants and encourages winners and visitors to connect their websites to the archive page for continued visibility. The exhibition highlights a wide array of artistic takes on urban landscapes, underscoring the theme's universal resonance.
