Leloir Studio Pavilion by FIR Estudio in Buenos Aires
FIR Estudio has completed the Leloir Studio Pavilion, a 145-square-meter residential extension in Villa Udaondo, Argentina, within the Parque Leloir protected ecological area. Designed by lead architect Francisco Ignacio Ricart, the pavilion serves as a new workspace and leisure area, expanding the existing home without altering it. The strategy involved creating a volume that links the front and back of the property through a single gesture, rather than attaching to the built structure. The project was completed in 2025 and features products from REHAU, LG Electronics, and Smeg. The design team included Ayelén Gryszkiewicz, Gabriela Aragunde, and Valentin Ricart, with general construction by LG and civil engineering by Constructora Karpos srl.
