Lee Bul's Largest Survey to Date Opens at M HKA, Antwerp, Spanning Two Floors
Lee Bul's most extensive exhibition to date, titled "Lee Bul: From 1998 to Now," will unveil at M HKA in Antwerp on November 13. This solo show marks a milestone as it occupies two complete floors of the museum and showcases over 150 pieces, including drawings, maquettes, sculptures, and grand installations. A highlight is the ten-metre-long zeppelin, "Willing To Be Vulnerable — Metalized Balloon" (2019), located in the Pointed Hall. After its premiere in Seoul and subsequent stop in Hong Kong, Antwerp serves as the sole European venue before the tour concludes at the National Gallery of Canada in late 2027.
