Le Poisson Volant: Paris Late-Night Restaurant and Club Opens in the 11th Arrondissement
In the 11th arrondissement, Bertrand Chauveau and Paul Henri, the creators behind Paris café-bistro Le Cornichon, have launched Le Poisson Volant, a restaurant and nightclub situated in the former L'International space. The interiors, designed in collaboration with Claves Architecture, showcase a blend of Chinese Art Deco and Brutalism, featuring a traditional Chinese restaurant façade, a new arrangement of columns, expansive mirrors, and an oval bar. The culinary offerings, crafted by Chef Yanxin Yin, draw inspiration from diverse global cuisines, including dishes such as pork and chive potstickers and braised chicken. The venue also hosts musical events and operates as a nightclub until 5 am from Thursday to Saturday at 5 Rue Marguerite Moret, 75011 Paris, France.
