Alessandra and Johannes van Zuydam, heirs to the Le Creuset cookware legacy, are putting their fully furnished penthouse at the St. Regis Chicago on the market for $11.5 million. They acquired the condo in 2024 for $8.3 million and enlisted Brazilian designer Matheus Lima to enhance the interiors with decor from Roberto Cavalli and Pininfarina.
