LBWA Designs 69 m² Apartment in Poznań's Jeżyce District

architecture-design · 2026-07-15

Polish architecture studio LBWA has completed a 69 m² apartment in the Jeżyce district of Poznań, situated among historic tenement buildings in a new development. The interior design, led by Maria Łuczkowska, features concrete, stainless steel, stone, and light wood. The functional layout from the developer required no major changes, so the design focused on simplifying and organizing the space, which includes an entrance hall, living room with integrated kitchen, bathroom, utility room, study, and bedroom. Furniture from Ligne Roset was used. Photographs by Zasoby Studio.
