Lapa Townhouse Renovation by Estudio Piloti Arquitetura

In the Lapa neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil, Estudio Piloti Arquitetura completed a renovation that unified two small stacked houses into a single residence for a family of five. The project, finished in 2024, covers 170 m² and was led by architects Vivian Hori Hawthorne and Luis Claudio Marques Dias, with a team including Luiza Amato Iazzetti and João Anfe.
