La Reunión Guesthouse by IR arquitectura and Menhir Arquitectura

La Reunión is a rural guesthouse located on the outskirts of Rawson, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. The project, completed in 2025, was led by architects Enrico Cavaglià and Luciano Intile of IR arquitectura and Menhir Arquitectura. It involves the recovery and consolidation of a small existing rural house, preserving its compact volume and austere character. The site is a large-scale rural property with dense, uncommon woodland, contrasting with the open geography of the area. The design team includes Francisco Escapil, Julia Cattani, Lucila Pistolesi, and Fermin Indavere, with engineering consulting by Chocha.
