L2C Arquitetura Completes House A on Challenging Lisbon Slope

Portuguese architecture firm L2C Arquitetura, led by Luís Cunha, has completed House A (Casa A) in 2025 on the Barros plot in Portugal. The 550 m² residence sits on an irregular, sloping site that posed design challenges, with a stone wall to the east and streets to the west. The project involved collaborators Rui Forte, builder Predisposta LDA, and engineers Márcia Cunha and M2N. Manufacturers include Arte Atual, Cortizo, EMME COZINHAS, Lino Barbosa, Saved LDA, and W2007. Photography is by Ivo Tavares Studio.
