KUL Nosara: Two Tropical Beach Houses by QBO3 Arquitectos

In Nosara, Costa Rica, QBO3 Arquitectos completed KUL Nosara, a residential development of two contemporary tropical beach houses. Designed by lead architect Mario Vargas, the 1300 m² project adapts to the steep hillside topography, treating the terrain as an extension of the landscape rather than an obstacle. The architecture responds carefully to the natural surroundings, embedding itself into the mountainous site. Photographs by Alvaro Fonseca – Depth Lens.
