KSM Architecture Completes JASH Factory in Tamil Nadu
KSM Architecture has completed the JASH Factory in Vallam, Tamil Nadu, a 5,920-square-meter facility for Shiv Pad Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of water treatment equipment. Designed with a metal PEB production space at its core, the building is flanked by an admin block to the south and an ancillary building to the west. The site, spanning 2 acres, has two access points from the southeast and southwest corners along the main Sipcot road. The project was curated by Miwa Negoro, with structural engineering by BURO Engineers, electrical work by PAL Designs, and HVAC by HVAC Enersave solutions. The design team included Siddarth Money, G. Deivanayagi, Jayaprakash Reddy, and Shanmugaraja S. Construction was completed in 2025.
