KPF's Westlake 66 Mixed-Use Complex to Open in Hangzhou by 2026

KPF has designed Westlake 66, a mixed-use complex in Hangzhou, China, set to complete in 2026. The project spans 2,093,000 ft² and aims to revitalize a deteriorated neighborhood by establishing a new civic heart through urban connectivity, landscape-driven design, and computational modeling. The design director is Jeffrey Kenoff FAIA, with principals Peter Gross AIA and Andrew Cleary AIA. The team includes senior designers Minho Jeon AIA, Wenxin Chen AIA, Katsunori Shigemi AIA, and Rodney Bell AIA, among others.
