Kos Evans Brings "Rock & Royals" to New York Design Center's Gallery at 200 Lex in November

exhibition · 2026-09-24

From November 3 to 30, the Gallery at 200 Lex in Manhattan will host "Rock & Royals," a photographic exhibition by Kos Evans, who previously debuted the collection in Nantucket in August. With 40 years of experience, the English photographer has showcased his work in cities such as London, Saint-Tropez, Barcelona, and Monaco. The exhibition features handprinted images on heritage yacht sails, including those from President John F. Kennedy's yacht Manitou and King Juan Carlos of Spain. Proceeds will benefit Oceans Without Borders and Nantucket Community Sailing. Evans collected the sails by reaching out to his network for discarded materials. This event is part of a larger fall arts season, which includes various theater and concert events.
