KONCRETE, a 215-square-meter collective hub in the United Arab Emirates, merges specialty coffee, curated retail, and community in a flexible spatial experience. Designed by architecture firm shell+core and curated by Miwa Negoro, the project completed in 2023. Photographs by Bianca Studio document the interior, which serves as both a coffee shop and concept store. The space has become a local favorite and international icon, designed to adapt to various events and gatherings.
