Kips Bay Decorator Show House 2026 to Occupy John Philip Sousa's Former Greenwich Village Townhouse

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House will open on September 16, 2026, at 80 W Washington Place in Greenwich Village, a historic 1839 Georgian red-brick townhouse listed on the historic register. The property, once home to composer John Philip Sousa and later Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, spans six levels with approximately 8,700 square feet, six bedrooms, nine baths, and over 1,500 square feet of landscaped private terraces. Listed for $21 million with Melissa Olson of Douglas Elliman, the residence features a full-floor primary suite, two chef's kitchens, a wellness level with gym and sauna, a skylit media lounge with 700-bottle wine cellar, two outdoor kitchens, a landscaped garden, and a rooftop deck. The show house, a fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, has raised over $33 million for more than 14,000 New York City children since its inception and has expanded to Palm Beach and Dallas.
