K-Studio Designs 2026 Extension for Dexamenes Seaside Hotel in Greece
K-Studio is leading the architectural expansion of Dexamenes Seaside Hotel, scheduled for completion in 2026. The extension will add 2,760 square meters to the existing hotel complex. The design team includes principal architects Dimitris Karampatakis and Giorgos Mitrogiorgis, with Konstantinos Kontos handling developed design and Dimitris Sotiropoulos responsible for technical design and 3D visualization. A large team of consultants and contractors is involved, covering structural engineering by Panagiotis Zourntos, mechanical engineering by ERGO-PRAXIS and Kostas Angelakoudis, lighting by Ifi group and Kafkas SA, and numerous specialized contractors for materials including Alumil, COCO MAT, Normann Copenhagen, and Visvardis SA. The project emphasizes gradual evolution through modest extensions that build upon the hotel's existing character.
