Justin Verlander and Kate Upton's Real Estate Portfolio: From Beverly Hills to Manhattan Penthouse

Justin Verlander, the retired MLB pitcher, and his wife, supermodel and actress Kate Upton, have built an impressive real estate collection. In 2023, they acquired a penthouse with four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms on Manhattan's Upper East Side for $15.3 million, following Verlander's two-year contract worth $86.6 million with the New York Mets. Spanning 4,141 square feet, the residence boasts three private terraces overlooking the East River and Central Park. Interior designer John Ruggiero helped craft lively spaces, including a berry-colored lounge and a shamrock-green kitchen. Upton noted the apartment's family-friendly layout: "There's no off-limit zone in this apartment," she shared with AD. The couple, married since 2017, have two children: Genevieve (7) and Bellamy (1). Their previous properties include a Beverly Hills mansion purchased in 2016 for $5.25 million and sold for $11 million in 2022 to actor Timothée Chalamet, as well as a Jupiter, Florida, mansion bought for $6.55 million in 2021, and a riverfront lot acquired in 2020 for $3.45 million.
