Justin Trudeau Launches Film and TV Production Company Hope & Hard Work with Katie Telford
Justin Trudeau, the former prime minister of Canada, alongside his chief of staff, Katie Telford, has established a new media and entertainment production firm named Hope & Hard Work. This company aims to produce both scripted and unscripted works, including documentaries and feature films. Upcoming projects include Closer by the Sea, inspired by Perry Chafe's novel, and an adaptation of Detective Aunty by Uzma Jalaluddin. The name of the company is derived from a slogan used during Trudeau's time in office, which concluded in January 2025. At 54, Trudeau has been engaging in global speaking events since his resignation and is currently in a relationship with pop singer Katy Perry. This initiative mirrors similar endeavors by Barack and Michelle Obama and Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.
