Jony Ive's LoveFrom Unveils Second Moncler Collection with New York-Inspired Patches

architecture-design · 2026-09-15

The second collection from Jony Ive's studio, LoveFrom, has been unveiled for Moncler, aligning with the inauguration of the brand's flagship location on Fifth Avenue in New York. This collection introduces a customizable down jacket that features three interchangeable outer layers: a parka, a poncho, and a field jacket, all utilizing a magnetic Duo Button conceived by Ive. Crafted from recycled nylon in a soft beige hue, the fabric is produced on extra-wide looms. Limited-edition patches that honor New York include designs of a yellow taxi and a bear scaling the Empire State Building. The collection will first be showcased at the flagship store prior to its worldwide launch. Ive commended Moncler CEO Remo Ruffini for his exceptional grasp of design and culture.
