Johannes Heldén's 'The Lighted Trail' at Kunsthal Thy

At Kunsthal Thy in Hurup, Denmark, Johannes Heldén presents 'The Lighted Trail,' an exhibition characterized by a dim ambiance where light plays a pivotal role in the artworks. A highlight of the show is 'Second Edition (for Kunsthal Thy),' which serves as a glossary from Heldén's book 'Astroecology,' exploring ecological systems beyond our planet. Additional works include 'Manta Ray,' 'Anatomy of a Dream,' and 'Exit Ramp Listener.' On June 21, Heldén will conduct a Poetry Walk. He is a multifaceted artist—visual artist, writer, and musician—who has showcased his work at renowned institutions such as the Gwangju Biennale, Moderna Museet, and Centre Pompidou. This exhibition was made possible through collaboration with IASPIS, part of the Swedish Arts Grants Committee's International Programme for Visual and Applied Arts.
