Joan Gaspar's Domus outdoor lighting for Marset evokes illuminated houses

architecture-design · 2026-06-03

Spanish designer Joan Gaspar has created Domus, an outdoor lighting collection for Spanish brand Marset. The asymmetrical aluminium and steel bollards project light through an angular opening, inspired by the appearance of internally illuminated houses. The fixtures can be installed individually or grouped in units of two or three for a sculptural effect. Available in white, black, and rust brown finishes, they come in three heights: 26, 36, and 55 centimetres. The design is described by Marset as architectural with linear forms, and when lit, enriches the space reminiscent of a house with lights on inside.
