JK-AR's House for Rejuvenation Blends Tradition and Modernity in Gyeongju

JK-AR, led by architect Jae K Kim, completed the House for Rejuvenation in Gyeongju, South Korea, in 2025. The 952 m² mixed-use adaptive reuse project, curated by Miwa Negoro, introduces innovative timber framing systems that reinterpret traditional wooden structures. The design team included Gyu-Tae Kim, Ye-Sol Lee, and Sook-Ran Kwak. Photographs were provided by Rohspace.
