Jewish Museum London Opens Interim Space at JW3 in North London
The Jewish Museum London has unveiled a temporary exhibition space named Two Rooms at JW3 in North London, opposite Camden Arts Centre. Following its establishment in 1932 and a move to Camden Town in 2010, the museum closed in 2023 but plans to secure a permanent site by 2030. After financial challenges from 2019 to 2024, it has regained stability under CEO Charles Ross. The first exhibition, "Legacy," inspired by Thomas Harding's book, showcases Jewish family history, while the second, curated by Nina Pearlman, presents "Tree of Life" featuring 35,000 artifacts from 1650 to 2023. Two Rooms will launch on June 18, 2026.
