Jean Pierre Consuegra, founder of Somersault Records and designer, discusses his ideal weekend in New York. He launched Indie Darling Studios, described as the culmination of his graphic design experience. Consuegra enjoys attending talks at Pentagram, such as one by Richard Turley. He reads Tibor Kalman's Perverse Optimist and James Ronkos & Manuela Press's The Swamp. His favorite eateries include La Cantine in Bushwick for its Sunsets dinner service and Bark BBQ. He watches Sofia Coppola's Lost in Translation repeatedly and is a fan of HBO's Industry, having attended a premiere event. He is furnishing his office with a custom desk from Think Later Studios and shops at Demolicion in East Williamsburg.
