Jacobson Arquitectura's ES House Rises Among Treetops in Brazil
Situated in Guarujá, São Paulo, Brazil, the ES House, crafted by Jacobson Arquitectura, is perched on a steep slope, resembling a modern treehouse. It harmonizes with its surroundings by maintaining the existing forest and introducing new trees. Guests arrive at street level, where a roof garden welcomes them, leading to a mezzanine featuring a checkered Glulam roof and glass panels that open towards the ocean. The bedroom is positioned at treetop level, accompanied by a lower meditation deck. A dendriform structural approach reduces ground contact, safeguarding the vegetation and views.
