Jacobsen Arquitetura has unveiled the BRM Residence, a 13-square-foot dwelling nestled along a canal in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro. This house is tailored for a family that enjoys hosting, featuring materials that capture summer vibes with sandy hues and reflective surfaces reminiscent of the sea. The architectural team comprises notable professionals, including Paulo and Bernardo Jacobsen, along with others. Landscape design was crafted by Renata Tilli, while lighting was managed by Illumination and structural aspects by Leão & Associados. The expansive site spans 32,292 square feet, with completion anticipated in 2024. Photography will be provided by Fernando Guerra and Fran Parente.
