Italian Startup Launches Four Contemporary Art Workshops Led by Prominent Artists

Institution School, an Italian startup, has introduced a series of four workshops focused on contemporary art practices, led by artists Stefano Arienti, Moira Ricci, Marinella Senatore, and Paololuca Barbieri Marchi of Alterazioni Video. Coordinated by Daniele Mulas, the program runs from April 20 to June 9, offering both online and in-person sessions. Each workshop explores a distinct theme: image, memory, movement, and narrative, aiming to provide hands-on, shared experiences in artistic creation. The initiative targets artists, students, educators, and enthusiasts, with no specific technical skills required, and emphasizes active engagement over passive consumption. Workshops are structured with introductory sessions followed by practical exercises, supported by tutors from Institution School. Enrollment is limited to 30-60 participants per workshop to ensure effective interaction, with individual sessions priced at 45 euros or a full package at 140 euros. The program seeks to foster reflection on contemporary artistic methodologies and conceptual approaches, encouraging direct involvement in creative processes.
