Inside Job's Post-Industrial Anatomies at CAPTION, Seoul

Ula Lucińska and Michał Knychaus, the artist duo known as Inside Job, are showcasing their exhibition titled 'Inside Job' at CAPTION in Seoul. This exhibition features sculptures that delve into themes of environmental degradation and the relationship between natural and artificial systems. Notable works include 'Interstices' (2026), which draws inspiration from ship ribs and human figures; 'Membrane' (2026), a textile piece referencing Deleuze and Guattari; and the 'Entwined' (2026) series, which merges metal blades with dried blue thistle. Their art reflects on the climate crisis and technological changes, influenced by deteriorating tankers in Athens and their studio in Poznań. Inside Job has been awarded the 2nd Hana Future Art Award (2026) and will be featured in the Polish Pavilion at the 16th Gwangju Biennale in September 2026, with curatorial text by Àngels Miralda.
