Innodigym OMNI X1 Pro: Compact Smart Home Gym with AI Coach

Innodigym has introduced the OMNI X1 Pro, a compact smart home gym designed to replace multiple fitness equipment pieces. The device, which was crowdfunded via Kickstarter, offers up to 120kg of digitally controlled resistance through a 360-degree cable system within a three-rail structure. When unfolded, it occupies 10.4 square feet, and when stored, just 1.3 square feet. The X1 Pro includes a large touchscreen that provides guidance and tracks reps and weights. It features an AI coach system with hundreds of exercises across four training modes: Standard, Eccentric, Spring, and Isokinetic. Safety is addressed with a quick-release button on the smart handles that acts as a spotter, and the AI can release resistance if a problem is detected. Optional accessories include a Fitness Bench and Pull-up Assist System. The product is priced at £2,449 / $3,299 and is available at Innodigym.com.
