INI Design Studio Unveils Dumas Sea Face Master Plan for Surat's Arabian Sea Coast

The Dumas Sea Face Master Plan, designed by INI Design Studio, encompasses a coastal area of 1,020,618 m² along the Arabian Sea in Surat, with an anticipated completion date in 2026. This initiative focuses on establishing a seamless public promenade to bridge the city and the ocean, while emphasizing ecological and urban identity. The project was spearheaded by Amit Mehta, alongside principal architects Harsh Goel, Jayesh Hariyani, and Pathik Gandhi. The technical team included Niket Vora and Vipul Dalwadi. Architecture and urban planning were overseen by INI Design Studio, with MEP services provided by INI Infrastructure & Engineering, structural work handled by Global Marine, and irrigation consulting from Integrated Flow Tech Pvt. Ltd. General contracting is managed by M. P. Babaria Construction and Unique Construction.
