Indibano Art Residency's 'No Walls Between Us' Bridges Africa and Diaspora at South Dallas Cultural Center
Founded in 2023 by Bukekile Dube, the Indibano Art Residency initiated its inaugural U.S.-to-Africa exchange in 2026. This program facilitated a 20-day immersive experience in South Africa and Zimbabwe for Dallas artists Reuben Cheatem, Ebony Lewis, and Andrea Tosten. The exchange concluded with the exhibition 'No Walls Between Us' at the South Dallas Cultural Center, running until June 27, 2026.
