In the Weights lets you check if AI chatbots remember you

Former OpenAI designers Thomas Dimson and Joey Flynn launched In the Weights, a website that queries multiple AI models to measure how well they recall a person without using web search. The site queries models including Grok, Gemini, GPT versions, Claude, Llama, and lesser-known ones, asking "Who is <name>?" and clustering similar descriptions into a strength score. Macaulay Culkin currently tops the leaderboard with a score of 988, tied with Luciano Pavarotti. Dimson said the project was inspired by the feeling that Google vanity searches are outdated as traffic moves to LLMs, and by a blog post riffing on AI weights and Terry Bisson's story "They're Made Out of Meat." The site features a Nintendo-inspired retro design and highlights potential hallucinations, such as GPT-5.4 Mini describing Anthony Ha as an ambiguous name. Dimson plans to explore why different models return different results and which people should have Wikipedia articles but don't.
